2. Replacement Policy – 5 Days

We offer a 5-day replacement policy for the following cases:

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide photo/video proof showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
